... Wind chill warning remains in effect from 6 am Saturday to
1 PM EST Sunday...

* locations... northeast Pennsylvania.

* Hazard types... dangerously low wind chills and extreme cold.

* Timing... beginning Saturday morning... coldest Saturday night
into Sunday morning.

* Impacts... potential frostbite and hypothermia. The extreme
cold may also lead to potential frozen pipes.

* Wind chill readings... 15 to 25 below zero Saturday... then 20 t0
30 below Saturday night into Sunday morning. Lowest wind chills
will be over the higher terrain.

* Winds... becoming northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40
mph Saturday... decreasing late Saturday night into Sunday.

* Temperatures... dropping to near zero Saturday morning... and
continuing to fall through Saturday night to lows of 5 to 15
below zero by Sunday morning... coldest at higher elevations.
